End of the Trail Half Marathon Registration

Waiver

In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I, intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release forever any and all rights to claims or damages I may have against Visalia Runners and its members, City of Visalia, Tulare County, sponsors, and all other parties involved with this event. I attest to being fully trained and fit to participate and have full knowledge of the risk involved. I also give my permission for the use of my name(s), photo and/or voice in any print account or any other account in medium of this event.

Your End of the Trail registration fee is Non-Refundable.

The enormous expense to stage a half marathon race remains the same whether the entrant runs the race, is a no-show or wishes to cancel. Every entrant fee has been factored into costs (insurance, shirts, medallions, security, medical, permits, etc.) and donations to the charities of our choice.

The officers of the Visalia Runners have concurred on a no registration refund policy and wish thank you for your contribution to help promote running events, scholarships, and fitness in the greater Visalia area. Your participation is more than appreciated.
